Automatically forwards callers to a specified destination when the called party hangs up. The destination can be any directory number across the cluster. An example destination is an IVR that presents a customer satisfaction survey to rate the caller's experience.
The transfer destination can be a hunt group of SIP answer points. These SIP answer points are integrated with MiVoice Business as a line side device.
Supports incoming PSTN calls over SIP and Digital trunks.
If the calling party hangs up first, forwarding is not activated.
If the Post Call Destination is not reachable (Busy, Out Of Service, DND, and Call Forwarding) the call is not forwarded.
For Ring Groups, the Post Call Destination is based not on the Call Coverage Service number of the group, but of the set (member of the group) that answered the call.
Enable the Post Call Destination for internal and external calls.
Enter a destination directory number in the Post Call Destination field.
